Where We Ship From
Although our shop is based in Switzerland, we ship orders from Germany using DHL. This allows us to offer more affordable shipping rates, as shipping directly from Switzerland would incur prohibitively high costs.
Shipping Costs & Locations
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Combined shipping is available—if you’re placing an order for multiple items, feel free to contact us beforehand for a custom shipping quote. If no prior arrangement is made, any excess shipping fees charged at checkout will be refunded after dispatch.
Delivery Times
- Within Europe: Expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
- Outside Europe (Americas, Asia, etc.): Standard shipping may take several weeks. For heavier parcels (over 2 kg), Priority shipping is available and recommended for faster delivery. Please contact us for details.
Tracking & Options for Faster Shipping
A tracking number is provided for all orders so you can monitor your package’s progress. For urgent needs, we also offer Priority and Express shipping—please reach out before placing your order to arrange this.
