Where Does Your Order Ship From?
While I’m based in Switzerland, your items ship from Germany using DHL.
Why? Shipping from Switzerland can be extremely costly, and this arrangement helps me pass on savings to you. This way, you get reliable service without the hefty fees.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping rates depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. If you’re ordering multiple items, combined shipping is available:
- Option 1: Contact me beforehand for a custom shipping quote.
- Option 2: If you check out without prior arrangements, I’ll automatically refund any excessive shipping fees once your order is shipped.
What will delivery times be?
I ship once or twice a week, so here’s when you can expect your treasures:
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days from shipping date.
- Outside Europe (Americas, Asia, etc.): Standard shipping might take a few weeks. For larger parcels over 2 kg, I recommend Priority shipping for a faster, smoother delivery. Please don't hesitate to contact me to arrange this option.
Tracking & Express Options
Every order includes a tracking number so you can stay updated on your package’s journey. Need your order urgently? Priority and Express shipping options are available! Please get in touch before completing your order, and I’ll ensure we find the best solution.
Taxes & Customs Fees
Please note that import taxes and customs duties vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, these charges aren’t included in the shipping cost, but I’m here to help if you have questions.
